Our Fabrication Department includes, but not limited to, Strippit CNC and Trumpf CNC punching systems enabling us to fabricate parts and assemblies from many materials to satisfy our customer’s requirements and to keep pace with new technology.

The Welding Shop is fully equipped for welding, spot welding, brazing and soldering of all materials used in the electronics industry. We meet the standards required for military, government and commercial products.

A Yang 1000 Machine Center heads up our Machining Department. We work with many materials and hold close tolerances needed by industry.

Our Finishing Department performs several functions. All parts are cleaned prior to painting or assembly. Aluminum parts are coated with chromate to Mil-specs and commercial standards. In painting, we apply primers, lacquers, enamels and polyurethanes as necessary. Stenciling, engraving or silk screening can be applied as a final touch when required.

In our Assembly Department hardware installation and assembly is done per drawing or as required by customers by hi-tech machines and experienced employees.

Quality is checked during all steps of the manufacturing process. Before shipping, all items are checked thoroughly by our Quality Control Inspector, for all intents and purposes to meet requirement of the drawings and other specifications requested.
